Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Malaa to delete the personal information we hold about you, including information received through our WhatsApp Business account and our Meta app malaa-crm.

How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message to +91 83204 01865 saying DELETE MY DATA, or email prakhar.malaa@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the phone number you used to contact us, so we can find your records.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that same phone number or email, to make sure it really comes from you.

What happens next

• We will confirm that we received your request.
• We will delete your contact details, messages and enquiry details from our customer management system and stop sending you messages.
• We will tell you once the deletion is complete.

What we may need to keep

If you have placed an order with us, we may have to keep invoice and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. These records are not used for marketing.

Messages inside WhatsApp

Deleting your data from our system does not delete the chat from your own WhatsApp app. You can delete the chat on your phone yourself. Messages handled by WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
